Jacques

Jacques was raised in Quebec and is a Francophone. He also detests anything that is British. He prefers that his name be pronounced with a French accent. His family recently moved to United States for a fresh start because of difficulty with the "neighbors". Their troubles began when neighbors noticed a lack of small animals and pets in the area. It was discovered that Jacques was teaching himself taxodermy. Once Mrs. Smith's home mysteriously burnt down, people were out to get him. In truth, Jacques' family has been hiding his mental illness. He is bi-polar and suffers from schizoprehnia. Usually his lithium pills keep him in check otherwise his other personalities come out.

At the moment, Tagger keeps referring to him a "Jox" with a Midwestern twang. Jacques really doesn't like him. He also noticed that his pill bottle is empty and he's feeling funny...
